Transoft Acquires AMAG |

| Transoft has acquired AMAG, developer of video-based analytics software for improved traffic safety and management of road infrastructure. AMAG’s SMART platform with computer vision, big data analytics, and advanced econometrics, will be merged with Transoft’s existing TrafxSAFE product to create a solution with unique capabilities, marking our commitment to road safety initiatives like Vision Zero. |

TAC Conference 2024 Recap |
| We had the pleasure of attending the 2024 TAC Conference in Vancouver in September. Our booth buzzed with activity, particularly around our interactive "Race to Zero" game, where participants raced on a simulated track while learning about our platform's capabilities in enhancing road safety and traffic management. We want to thank everyone who visited us, shared insights, and took part in the contest. We look forward to continuing these valuable conversations and hope to see you at future events! |
